Choosing your children’s bed can be a stressful experience, depending upon the age of the child and the budget at your disposal it can be next to impossible to get the choice right. With such a wide variety of handmade, manufactured, multi level and themed bed types on the market the choices are seemingly infinite and while you may want to include your children’s opinions in the selection process, whether they have ultimate say is rarely advisable.

Retiring is a life-changing event, no question about it. As we anticipate it, the word we most associate it to is “freedom!” The end of day-to-day responsibilities, the opportunity to do all the things we have dreamed about doing, the beginning of “me” time and “us” time.

Choosing wedding favors is often not the first priority for a bride-to-be, let alone choosing unique wedding favors that will make an impression on all of the guests. Still, it is important to remember that wedding favors act as a thank you to all the guests attending the wedding. Thanks for all the support through the years, thanks for all they had to do to be able to attend the wedding and thanks for the thoughtful gifts!

The following group games for children are planned primarily for the use of teachers and game leaders. It has been my experience that many of the games described in various books do not meet with universal approval on the part of children because the end and aim are not what they desire.

I have, accordingly, taken the liberty of changing the plan of many familiar games to suit the psychological reaction of the child, and they therefore appear in this book in a slightly altered form from that presented elsewhere; this does not mean that they are, in any sense, original as a whole.
