Many of my dear friends are pregnant right now and I often find myself answering questions for them, so I thought I’d share my own experiences and knowledge with you. If you are pregnant or trying to get pregnant, this is your lucky day!
First of all, many of us spend years trying NOT to get pregnant, so when we are finally ready to go for it our bodies aren’t always up for the challenge. Don’t expect to get pregnant the first time you try (although many people do). The statistic that I often hear quoted from fertility specialists is that 80% of couples will conceive within the first year of trying. Those are pretty good odds!

When a woman has a baby, it is often assumed that she will be happy and joyous at the arrival of her newborn child and everything will be just wonderful. Some women may find this to be the case, but for others, the reality can be very different from this expectation. Often times, women will find themselves crying uncontrollably, uncomfortable in their own bodies, suffering from hormonal shifts and resenting the changes that the responsibility of caring for a child brings to their life.

Baby shower party is a beautiful occasion where there is a celebration for the coming child and the expectant mother. These shower parties can be either done before the birth of the child or after the newborn comes into this world. The birth of the baby is the happiest moment for the family and the coming child deserves warm welcome from everyone and is the moment to rejoice.
Once the news of baby is confirmed the grand preparation to welcome the new member of the family starts from the day. Shower parties are thrown for the expectant mother generally by friends and the co-workers. This has becomes the recent trend in America and rest of the world.

It is a time of combined excitement as well as apprehensions! Yet it is undoubtedly a thrilling event in any woman’s life! What exactly are we talking about here? It is the state of pregnancy! There is joy because of the new life growing within the expectant mother’s womb, but there is also anxiety because of the not-so-comfortable changes taking place within her body! Though these feelings of discomfort are bound to disappear eventually as every experienced mother will tell her, the new mother-to-be does need some initial help in coping with these early pregnancy symptoms.

When interviewing a nanny, you will run through the usual 20 questions that all nannies have heard. Surprisingly, you will come away thinking that your nanny speaks decent English. Then after completing your due diligence, you decide to hire this person and she begins working with you. After about one week into the job, you realize that your nanny actually speaks very mediocre English because outside of those 20 basic questions, she cannot communicate very well. What do you do now?
