I have good news for every women reading this article. Men are ridiculously easy to buy for. Seriously! We complicate things because we are complicated. We want pampered, soft, time away from the kids and a night of passion with the man we love. We want clothes that fit and flatter, preferably on sale. Today, we focus on the top five things that (almost) any guy will love.
An Air Hogs Alien Invasion remote control helicopter with lasers (that shoot the other aircraft out of the sky) is serious excitement if the guy is anywhere from 5 to deathbed. If the 3 year old could fly it, he would. There are only a miniscule number of men that wouldn’t love this toy.

Something happens to men when they enter a mall. Women become invigorated and love the thrill of the hunt. Men on the other hand would rather walk in with a specific store list, map, and the nearest escape route (preferably to a bar). Otherwise, they can begin to feel their testicles shrivel, mouth become dry, and hyperventilation set in. It isn’t fair and there is just too much stuff!

After enduring about a dozen top ten picks from magazines, newspapers, websites and more, it is high time someone chooses toys that are both affordable, sustainable and will last beyond Christmas morning. As a parent myself, there is a lot of agonizing choices when it comes to toys because there is a lot of pressure from your kids (even my three year old was making a list!) Gift-giving this season can be especially difficult if you have out-of-town friends and family. They are just as important as those you see everyday and God forbid your gift come late. You’ll never hear the end of it! What to do?
First, think like Santa Clause; make a list and check it twice. You don’t need to purchase gifts for everyone. Cards or picture cards are lovely and a welcome change to the blah of everyday “snail mail” (I am talking the kind you send with a stamp, email is a no-no).
1. Purchase a small notebook (3″ x 5″ or smaller).
